And to play such a character is tome more of an aspiration than a dream, the editor and publisher of a UKtalent magazine told BT. The film starring Daniel Craig as Bond, naturally, iscalled Quantum ofSolace, and Zara who looks likeHollywoods Angelina Jolie and Bollywoods Jiah Khan, is excited byher audition. Daniel Craig is so intense, she said of the star sheis likely to be making love to on screen. Well, who would be able toresist that, she asked demurely, But I dont regard myselfas a sex symbol despite some people trying to make me out to be one.
Shes 25, stands 5 feet5 inches in her stockings, has irresistible figure, but had such a strict Muslimupbringing that it was only lately that she saw her first film.
Bollywood, of course, cameknocking on her door soon enough. Shes in talks with Satish Kaushik, SevyAli and Anubhav Sinha. She thinks Aamir Khan is a superb actor, but Shah RukhKhan has this larger than life persona and is really cool. And if Bollywooddoesnt claim her soon, then Hollywood might.
LA agents are after her, andOscar-nominated director Alex Jovy is considering her for his next filmCyrus theGreat. I will also be meeting KevinCostner sometime soon, Zara said helpfully, adding, Its mydesire to act and it doesnt matter where the offer comes from... as longas the script is good and I have a substantial role to play and can justify it,I will look into it.
